Hydrogen Inhalation Starting out

Hydrogen Inhaler is quiet and straight when use. Just add distilled water, plug it in and inhale hydrogen at your time.

Use the single inlet cannula connected to the Hydrogen outlet.
Start breathing Hydrogen for about 1/2 hour per day in the beginning. Then after a few days, you can increase to 1/2 hour in the morning and 1/2 hour in the evening.

In a week or two, change to an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening.
This break between sessions allows time for your body to return to its normal baseline levels.

a) You  are  healthy  and  want  to  optimize  your  health  and  prevent:  ½  hour  per day
b) You h ave  one  or  more or less  chronic  health  problems  and  want  to  help  your  body out of  it: 1  to  4  hours  per day
c) You  have  problems  with your  lungs, are acutely ill or suffer from chronic fatigue and want to recover as quickly as possible: Use it preferably 8-12 hours per day.  (preferably sleep with it on) until you experience clear improvement, then you can reduce the time if desired.
